Our Services
Physiotherapy

Personalised, evidence-based physiotherapy to help you move better, recover faster, and stay active — right here in Burleigh Heads.

At The Health Phyx, physiotherapy forms the foundation of everything we do. Our AHPRA-registered physiotherapists conduct thorough assessments to understand the root cause of your pain or limitation, rather than simply treating symptoms. Whether you are dealing with an acute injury, managing a chronic condition, or looking to improve your overall movement quality, our team works with you to develop a personalised treatment plan.

Our approach combines hands-on manual therapy techniques with evidence-based exercise prescription. Treatment may include joint mobilisation, soft tissue release, therapeutic taping, and targeted strengthening programmes designed around your specific goals. We believe that empowering you with the knowledge and tools to manage your own recovery is just as important as the treatment itself.

Located in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast, our clinic features a fully equipped on-site gym and private recovery suite. This allows us to progress your rehabilitation seamlessly — from initial treatment through to functional strengthening and return to activity. Every session is one-on-one with your physiotherapist, ensuring you receive their full attention throughout.

We work closely with GPs, surgeons, and other health professionals to ensure coordinated care. Whether you have been referred by your doctor or are self-referring, our team is here to help you understand your condition and take an active role in your recovery.

Initial consultations typically run for 45–60 minutes, giving us time to conduct a comprehensive assessment, provide hands-on treatment, and begin your exercise programme. Follow-up sessions are 30–45 minutes and are tailored to your progress and goals.
