About Sophie

Sophie holds a Doctor of Physiotherapy from Bond University and a Bachelor of Exercise Science from Latrobe University, giving her a strong foundation in both clinical practice and exercise science.

Her primary area of focus is women's health and pelvic floor physiotherapy — an area that requires both clinical knowledge and a sensitive, patient-centred approach. Sophie works with women across all stages of life, from pregnancy and postnatal recovery to pelvic floor dysfunction and continence management.

Beyond women's health, Sophie is a dedicated athlete with 12 years of football and 4 years of touch rugby experience. This athletic background gives her a practical understanding of the demands sport places on the body and the importance of injury prevention, strength, and conditioning.

Sophie's approach is thorough and empathetic. She takes the time to listen, explain, and empower her patients with the knowledge and exercises they need to manage their condition long-term. Whether your goal is returning to sport, managing pain during pregnancy, or improving your pelvic floor function, Sophie provides a supportive and evidence-based path forward.
