Our Services
NDISPhysiotherapy

Goal-focused physiotherapy for NDIS participants, delivered in clinic, at home, or in the community across the Gold Coast.

The Health Phyx is a registered NDIS provider offering goal-focused physiotherapy for participants across the Gold Coast. Our AHPRA-registered physiotherapists work with NDIS participants to develop individualised therapy programmes that align with their NDIS plan goals — whether that involves improving mobility, building strength, managing pain, or increasing independence in daily activities.

We understand that every NDIS participant has unique needs and goals. Our initial assessment involves getting to know you, understanding your current abilities and challenges, and discussing what you would like to achieve through physiotherapy. From there, we develop a treatment plan that is practical, measurable, and focused on outcomes that matter to you.

Our services can be delivered across multiple settings to suit your preferences and needs. This includes sessions at our Burleigh Heads clinic (with full access to our on-site gym and private recovery suite), in your home, at your supported accommodation, or in community settings. We work with you and your support network to determine the most appropriate setting for your therapy.

We accept plan-managed, self-managed, and NDIA-managed participants. Our team can assist with understanding how physiotherapy fits within your NDIS plan and can provide reports and documentation to support plan reviews. We also work collaboratively with your support coordinator, occupational therapist, and other allied health providers to ensure a coordinated approach to your care.

Whether you are looking to improve your walking, build strength for daily tasks, manage a chronic condition, or participate more fully in community activities, our team is here to support you. We aim to provide a welcoming, inclusive environment where you feel comfortable and supported throughout your therapy journey.
